Because each bag is made to order, they are non-refundable. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, contact us at info@candornewyork.shop.
Currently we are only shipping to the continental US. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Standard Shipping: $10 USPS Priority Mail 5-7 business days
Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement. No exceptions. To cancel your order, please email info@candornewyork.shop .

The entire production to door process takes about 3-4 weeks.
